  I have been going to the Carmel Mountain location for a couple years now and each visit is always quick, professional, and friendly. The guys do a great job explaining maintenance that may need done on my car so that I’m informed, but they never make me feel pressured to do it on the spot. I’ve never had a bad experience and the convenience of never having to get out of your vehicle is always a plus! Highly recommend if you’re needing a quick oil change!

  Valvoline Carmel Mountain is very efficient and friendly. Chase helped me today and was very informative and helped me understand all services needed for my car. I can appreciate when people are kind and want to help us understand what’s needed, the importance and how much time I can push to get these services done rather than just tell me I’m due for these services and that’s it. I hate having to do any maintenance for my car due to bad experiences at the dealers and Chase , Matthew and the rest of the valvoline team working on my car made it a good experience. They even hooked up a little book for my toddler. He was loving it. Thank you for helping me!

  I had a really great experience at Valvoline (as usual). The assistant managers and team worked together seamlessly...everyone jumped in, communicated well, and kept things moving efficiently. I came in for an oil change and also had some engine error codes I wanted checked out, and they handled everything quickly but still took their time to do it right. You can tell they care about doing the job safely and responsibly, not just rushing customers through. Super professional, organized, and easy experience. I definitely appreciate the teamwork and attention to detail....will be coming back!

  Excellent, fast service! One thing I love about this place is they don’t try to overcharge you for unnecessary things. They are to the point, professional, and helpful. Tucker helped me out with my oil change and thoroughly explained the quality of my battery life along with all other routine checks such as lights, wipers and air filters. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism as well as all other staff. The last two times I have come here the manager has come out at the end of my services and asked how everything went and if I need anything else. I love how this location genuinely builds rapport with their customers and ensure their customer satisfaction by asking face to face how it went- lots of people are too afraid to do that these days. Thanks Valvoline!

  I always have a really positive experience getting my oil changed at Valvoline. I recently moved and am trying a new location. The whole team was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Aaron especially stood out because he took the time to address all of my questions. Jacob, the manager, also came by to double-check that everything was completed correctly. While his team was already doing a great job, I appreciated the extra level of care and attention. I choose to come to Valvoline for the convenience and the quality of service. What really stands out to me is how respectfully I am always treated. There's no assumptions, no talking down, just clear communication and professionalism. That kind of experience goes a long way.
