  Chase and his team helped me today with cutting off a piece hanging off of the under belly of my car. Took pictures to show me the damaged, options to take care of it, and ultimately left it up to me on how I want to move forward. Thank you Valvoline for restoring my confidence in my vehicle! 5 Stars!

  Great experience! You can tell these guys enjoy their work and they are always professionals and willing to explain why or when you should do certain maintenance to your car.

  I highly recommend this location/mechanics. Jaime, Johnathan, and Josiah were friendly, communicated well, and worked efficiently. Josiah was also able to help to resolve an issue caused by a different location and it was greatly appreciated. I am definitely coming back to the Rancho Bernardo location.

  I come to this location very often for my three vehicles. My first time working with Josiah and Mark. They were super friendly and professional. Everything was quick simple and easy per usual.

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Justin, the manager, and Christian on the top-side crew! Justin was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me. I had a bit of a complicated situation—I had already purchased a Groupon in another state, and other Valvoline locations told me they couldn’t do anything about it. But Justin went above and beyond, took the time to look into options, found the right coupon, and helped me save a significant amount of money. That level of effort and care is rare, and it really made a difference. Christian was also fantastic—quick, professional, and friendly, making the whole service smooth and efficient. This team truly stands out for their honesty, customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
