  Staff is not friendly. I went in for an oil change & they performed the service that I paid for. They didnt inform me of any other maintenance that needed to be done. Not even sure if they did a tire rotation because they failed to mention that I needed new tires, & that the bolts on my tires were corroded & needed to be fixed. Yes, I got my oil change, but overall disappointed in the customer service. I dont know much about cars, so I rely on these "professionals" to let me know what needs to be done to keep my vehicle in good running condition.

  I usually go to this place for oil changes staff is always great, but from the moment I called this morning and talking to whoever was on duty I felt like he had a I don't care attitude. I booked an appointment at 2:15 got there a little late and no one was at counter. I waited for 10 minutes and I think he was helping someone but not sure. I decided to leave and when the guy finally asked me I told I was here for an oil change but decided to go somewhere else and he basically waved his hand as to shoo me away! I've always liked this place but not today! I work for customer service and he was not customer friendly at all and if he was the one on the phone this morning I had that feeling it would be a bad experience

  Horrible customer service provide by manager named PJ, he is so unprofessional, not able to help the necessities of the customer, looks like he was mad when you ask for his service, I been using this location for a few years already and never had any complaints, this time with the new manager PJ was horrible the way he treated us, I have to change to another location because the service this guy provided us, not satisfied at all, if you get a new tires ask for the tire warranty because they don’t offered to you, you have to ask.
