  I called to schedule an appointment for my husband to get his tire patched. The service coordinator was fine and booked my appointment right away. I also received a text confirming the appointment. When the time comes, my husband drives to the location and no one is there. He tried calling the store and no one responded. I call and get the service coordinator again and told her what happened. She tries to get in touch with the service manager and isn't able to get a hold of him. How is there such a big disconnect? I asked the coordinator to file an incident report but just wanted to let everyone know too. The calls go to a call center and not the actual store and I guess the service manager make their own schedule and doesn't follow to posted schedule.

  ⭐ 1/5 — DO NOT BOOK HERE. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I am writing this review sitting in the parking lot of this shop at 9:41 AM on a Sunday — because no one has shown up to open the doors. I booked a tire installation appointment through Giga Tires. The appointment was confirmed via both email AND text for Sunday, March 22nd at 9:30 AM. I took time off work to be here. The sign on the door says they open at 9:00 AM. I called their customer service number this morning to confirm they were open today — and was told YES, they are open. Still. No. One. Has. Showed. Up. To make matters worse, I cannot simply take my business elsewhere. The tires I purchased through Giga were shipped DIRECTLY to this location. I don't have the tires in my possession. I am completely stranded with zero options because this shop can't be bothered to show up for a confirmed appointment — or even unlock their own doors during posted business hours. This is an absolute failure on every level: no communication, no accountability, and zero respect for a customer's time. I have lost hours of work and have nothing to show for it. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place. Book anywhere else.

  Very bad customer service. I had an apt made for 10am 3/15 only to arrive to a closed down shop with no staff. Doors were locked... Lights off. I called the apt line and they had idea why the shop was shut down. The apt line tried to reach the service manager with no luck. Completely stood me up and wasted my time. I waited in the parking lot and no one even called me back. My tire was flat coming into the shop thinking I would receive help, but instead had to air up at ampm to find another shop. Horrible experience that should of been an easy win for tirechoice. Can't recommend this shop to anyone

  Pulled in for a quick tire balance. Very professional, friendly customer service. They were able to get us in quickly. Skilled mechanics and finished in a timely manner. Our Mercedes SUV felt great driving home, no more shaking! Thank you!
