  Very easy to locate in the small park next to Intercontinental. Marli & Jesse were very good taking care of the reservation for our family and made sure we could get the vehicle we wanted for our family. They even suggested a few local spots to eat close by. Highly recommended if staying at Intercontinental or close to the area

  Avoid! I picked up a car yesterday and after bringing the car up out of the garage, there was tons of paint damage all over. I go back in and speak with the rep, who assures me that the vehicle has already been documented. She shows me this in the system. Upon return to LAX airport, the check in staff circles damage, and even though I prove it was there before I rented with my own pictures, they send me a damage claim. Vehicle had 28k miles, not new in any dimension, and they are now trying to squeeze a claim out. Terrible.

  I will never shop with this rental place again. I booked a car through Booking.com, expecting a quick and easy process. I called ahead to confirm availability at Bayfront Court location , and they assured me there were cars available. Yet, when I arrived in the afternoon, they told me they were completely sold out, despite my reservation! I had to go to the airport location in San Diego, where I was offered the most expensive car without any discount, even though I had to pick up at a different location because of their mistake. After buying insurance for the rental, I had a tire pop and was charged an outrageous $200 towing fee. The car was covered, but apparently, the trip back to the rental place wasn’t! The customer service was unprofessional and rude, with countless hidden fees that felt like a scam. I wasted $600 for a two-day rental. Avoid this place at all costs!
