The website let me book a windshield replacement, and even charged my card, then they call and say they don't do any cars earlier than 2005, i am very disappointed and upset, fix your website to error if the year is too old
Loved the Miramar shop! Stay awy from the Chula Shop at all cost, unless you dont mind the runaround and tine wasted aspect. They need new management there badly-So disorganized. But I love Safelite and the service that they provide in coverage of glass replacement via my insurance carrier Allstate.

My technician was very helpful and took care of my car very well. Despite the weather being not so great he worked around his own schedule and was able to get me in and back out on the road in no time. Definitely will be using Safelite for all my future work on the car.

Very frustrating experience overall. I own a Subaru and live about 35 minutes away from this business—over an hour in rush hour traffic. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the work would take 2–3 hours. However, when I arrived just before my appointment time, I was informed (for the first time) that the car needed a full tank of gas and that the service would actually take the entire day.
I had to leave to fill the tank, then return and drop off the car. From there, I Ubered home. Had I known in advance that this would be an all-day job, I would have arranged for my spouse to follow me so I wouldn’t need alternative transportation.
I was told they would stay past their 5:00 PM closing time to finish the work. As 5:00 approached, I tried calling for an update, only to discover there is no direct local phone number. I contacted corporate, who attempted—unsuccessfully—to reach the shop and even sent an urgent email requesting they call me. I never received a call back.
Ultimately, my wife had to drive me back to the shop after 5:00 PM and drop me off. The work wasn’t completed until after 6:00 PM.
While the quality of the work itself was excellent, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience.

had such a great experience with Safelite for my windshield replacement. From start to finish, everything was seamless.
I dropped my car off at 9:30am and had it back by 5pm, which is impressive given the more extensive process required for a Tesla. The team was incredibly kind, communicative, and thorough throughout the entire day.
One of the biggest highlights was how easy they made the insurance side of things—they handled everything directly, and all I needed to do was pay my deductible. It took so much stress off my plate.
Truly such a smooth, professional experience. It’s such a relief to have something like this handled quickly and correctly the first time. Highly recommend!
