  Evelyn B. She is phenomenal excellent Customer service she gave me the whole run down of the memberships was really patient with me by the way not rude at all. I’ve been to plenty of places and rude people and bad customer service so I’ve got convinced for the most expensive wash this place is great

  Glad to see Quick Quack here in San Diego. Bought my membership while visiting NorCal for a few months and membership is valid Nor and Socal. One take away they can improve here at San Diego location. Keep a lane open for existing valid memberships. If not many members run through, then by all means utilize both lanes. It's just frustrating to be in line when the cars in front of you haven't decided what level wash they want or doing a membership process. It's just inefficient and Norcal has a fast lane system for members. 3 stars because of that. Also, have information ads on what wash levels are available right before approaching the queue or line. Establish an efficient system where everyone benifits from saving time!

  Hello. Today I went to get my car washed. I pay for the "Ceramic" service every month—over $39 USD—and once again, the employees gave me the most basic wash. After waiting in line for over five minutes, I spoke with the manager on duty—Thomas—who told me he couldn't do anything. I showed him the video proving that they had given me the basic wash, and I was so angry that I cancelled the service, since no one was able to resolve the issue. Thanks, Thomas—I cancelled my service because of you. You clearly don't know how to treat customers, especially when I have proof that I didn't receive the service I paid for.

  Be careful with what's promised by workers when signing up for that first month in special and what will actually happen. Different agents say different things to make you sign up. Make sure you cancel before your first month of you don't want to continue with membership. They will lie to you it automatically cancels after first month and multiple cars can be used with one phone number. Other than that car wash is great. Wished they had more locations to make price worth it.

  I would really, really, really recommend this car wash!! Everything is great, that being customer service, car wash, and car supplies usage. Customers are always smiling and happy, which is great! The car wash experience is such a joy, even has a duck image while goin through the car wash which is really nice. The car wash provides towels and they’re always on it with refilling them. Vacuums suctions up great, even has an air pressure to get all the dust and crumb out. I enjoyed my experience, would come again !
