  Fair dudes! Wasn’t upsold for anything I didn’t need. They were strait and to the point I’m always afraid to take my car somewhere new cause idk what they are going to try to sell me on loved the honesty

  I recently visited Polycare Automotive and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I brought my car in because I was hearing strange sounds whenever I went over bumps or rough roads. The technician who did the test drive with me was outstanding, he immediately understood the issue, explained clearly where the noise was coming from, what was causing it, and what needed to be repaired or replaced. His diagnosis was precise and accurate, and he walked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was obvious he really knows cars inside and out. The front desk staff were also very polite, helpful, and professional. They explained the process, kept me informed, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I honestly regret not finding Polycare Automotive earlier. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and thorough automotive care in San Diego.

  A friend recommended this place-they provide the most fair price among the several other places I searched for an oil change. Oil change was fast, and people working here are so friendly. Highly recommend.

  The owner Brian knows literally everything about the cars they work on, and he’s eager to teach you which is very nice. Plus he’s a prime example of a good Christian. If you’re unsure of anything at any time, just ask to have Brian explain it to you. He is the GOAT! 🐐✝️👨🏻‍🔧🛻
