  This is not a rental location. Continuing to call only gets someone telling you to reserve online and does not offer a person to speak with regarding available hand trucks, appliance Dollie’s or E rail tie downs. UPDATE- Excellent reply (updated stars). For further review please do the following: - Update all google pages and contact info for rentals. - Rental locations should be differentiated from pick up locations. - Pickup location phones should not have recorded menus for rental information if no rental is available by phone. They should provide the actual rental or reservation phone number for easier connectivity. Now please forward my details to corporate for payment for my services including time, interest and suggestions that will greatly improve not only the Penske customer experience but will also create a more efficient business. $20,000 should cover it considering the long term affects the information I have provided will both save and secure for Penske corp. Thank you.
