  Service on my car that they said was going to take a week ended up taking 3 weeks. (my car was in the shop for 2 weeks total) I faced so many delays during my time with them. Terrible service for getting repairs. Go to a local shop in San Diego instead of them if you own a hyundai.

  Really happy with service at KM Hyundai recently on my 2024 Tucson Hybrid. The horn wasn't working and they scheduled my appointment, making sure they had the part in stock before I dropped the car off. It was fixed in a couple of hours at no charge (under warranty). Service member Nick Stutzman has been the friendly face that has helped me with regular maintenance, so it's nice to see they keep the same employees on staff.

  Wanted to thank Nick Stutzman, Lead Service Advisor, for his courtesy and friendliness. He honored my coupon and made sure my oil change was done promptly and gave me an itemized print out of the results and what was included. The previous Hyundai dealership did not check the battery or air in tires as part of the service resulting in a dead battery at night and a missed appointment. I will never go back there again. I will return to Kearny Mesa and their reliable service dept. and Nick, who I can depend on.

  We had a great experience working with Pablo! He was very professional, friendly, and truly helpful throughout the entire leasing process. He took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Pablo made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find someone so attentive and patient.   Scammers. Especially the finance manger. A few days ago, I came here to purchase a car and the finance person was having an argument with one of the customers who was trying to purchase a car. I overheard them talking and this dealer was trying to scam the customer by selling a bad transmission pre owned car. The person who was going to buy it noticed it and pointed it out to them and they faked a 'fix' it sounded like. As the guy called out that this dealer was a scam, he was walking out and the finance person was screaming across the dealer ship saying "That's right, you can walk out and we will scam someone else" The other person said "I know you guys will" What a disaster!!!!!!!! How is that normal for any dealership employee to admit that they will scam another customer. Their pre-owned cars have no warranty and its as-is final purchase. You'd buy a bad transmission car and the next day it blows on you, and youre stuck with a 7k+ in repairs... Its so awful. Such scammers, crooks.
