  I just picked up my car there for service. We needed a new battery, and right now there is a national shortage on the particular battery that we need. But they found one and took care of things within two days. The car got washed. Everybody was friendly. There were frequent check-in's with the status of our vehicle. There's not much more you can expect from a service experience at a car dealer. This was my first time there, but I can confirm that the experience was five star.

  Appointment verified to be 1 1/2 hours. Called after no update. Extended another 2 hours without acknowledging or apologizing for the very poor customer service
