  I rented from this location three times in the past two months and all staff were so kind. They made it so easy to rent and were accommodating to any changes. Special shoutout to a woman (I didn’t get her name) working 4/9 before closing who went above and beyond for customer service. Thanks for making my love for CA even greater w car renting and good people :)

  I had rented one type of vehicle for a good bit more than an average rental and ended up with a much lesser one that was very disappointing, to the point I was considering not renting with enterprise if other options were available. The day manager at the Manchester Hyatt San Diego , Lanea, took the time to listen, and care, about my disappointment. This is a rare talent. She was great. I will rent with them again. Tim
