  As always the staff is what does it for me. At my arrival, the Enterprise employee, Phoenix, at San Diego Airport offered great suggestions on where to go and what to see while I was in town. I later found out he was a new employee, regardless, his suggestions were awesome. Upon my return, the employee, Joseph, in the return line was also great! He double and triple checked the car to make sure I did not forget anything inside the car. That alone is a class act. Overall, the Enterprise team at San Diego Airport was great and I would rent with them again. The whole process was easy and seamless. 10/10 I would rent there again.

  I want to thank the managers and staff at Enterprise’s San Diego airport location for excellent customer service. The vehicle we rented broke down on the second day of the rental. When I called the roadside assistance number they took good care of us, not only sending a tow truck for the car, but arranging transportation for us to the nearest Enterprise location for a replacement vehicle. The next day a manager reached out to me by email to make sure everything was going well with the new rental vehicle. He also issued an invitation for me to reply If there was anything he could do to improve our experience. I replied to tell him that when we rented the original vehicle at the airport, we chose the “return with a full tank“ gas option. But when we received the replacement vehicle in El Cajon, there was only half a tank of gas in it. So I asked what we could work out as far as how much gas we should put in the vehicle before we returning it to the airport. Another manager replied and told me that, given the issues we experienced, there was no need to fill the tank prior to return and Enterprise would cover any fuel shortage. That’s good customer service! Your managers understand that the goodwill and repeat business generated was worth the cost of a few gallons and of gas. On a separate note, kudos to the young man who led us to our vehicle at the airport location. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. So I want to say “well done” and “thank you” to your staff.

  We rented a large 7 passenger Enterprise SUV thru Costco Travel for 6 days. The line at check-in was only 2 people. Agent was friendly and reassured us that we got a good car at a great price. At the garage, the attendant was waiting to guide us to 2 choices. The Wagoneer was a little scratched up, but it worked GREAT. It seemed like a luxury car in features ( control screen, safety driving alarms). Everything worked great. Return check-in was attended by multiple agent. No hassle or questioning the old scratches. Enterprise will be my first choice again next time.

  Outstanding experience with the Enterprise team at San Diego Airport. From pickup to drop-off, the entire process was fast, easy, and extremely professional. They had me checked in quickly at departure, and the return process was just as smooth and efficient. The vehicle was a like-new Nissan Frontier with only 1,200 miles, spotless inside and out, and it was obvious the team takes pride in the quality of their fleet. Clean, comfortable, and basically brand new. The staff was friendly, organized, and made the whole rental experience stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Based on how easy and seamless this was, I honestly won’t rent from anywhere else when flying into San Diego. Highly recommend this crew.

  Its always a mixed experience. Sometimes its great, other times not so much. This time, not so much. For whatever reason my card wouldn't work on their machines time, no problems any where else and even called my card company and no transactions were even showing as attempted. Said well here try my husbands and was told the name on the card had to match the name on the reservation (literally same account just a different card). Well that was frustrating. Ended up using my other card but now I miss out on the points, fine, whatever, but acknowledge there is an issue... Then going to get a car they lady tells you rented a mid size pick any from this row and starts to walk away. Hold up, this row is NOT all mid size - "oh well just don't pick those" and walks away... pick a car, stinks of weed, picks another couldn't comfortably reach peddles, 3rd card same problem, girls gone so had to walk back up to get someone else. Finally also to get the car I reserve that I knew I could drive... but why did it have to feel unwelcoming from the beginning... like girl you work in customer service.....
