    We stopped at this location to see if we could get our tire pressure checked on our rental before the drive back to Portland, OR. Service was friendly and quick, would rent here when flying into the area on future visits.

    Terrible experience, team members very rude and unprofessional, don’t help in anything, and ignore all Atencion, they rent my car immediately and refuse drop off me in my shop or offer any solution

    We rented a car on Christmas Eve from Owen at the Enterprise location on Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Owen was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — from making the reservation to pickup and return. We were dealing with an insurance claim and really needed a dependable rental during a stressful time, and Owen made everything easy and seamless. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Owen truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location because of him!
