We were given a price that included this plan, so everything seemed fine. However, when we arrived, they suddenly told us there would be an extra $150 charge for the airport drop-off — something that was never mentioned before. Because of this unexpected fee, we had no choice but to cancel the booking and leave without the car. We even paid for an Uber to get there, which ended up being a waste of time and money. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. Make sure you double-check everything before booking with this location.

That is clearly bogus as they didn't take pictures when they gave it to me, and called me after they took the jeep back. I live on the other side of the freeway, 1 or 2 miles away, took the jeep home, parked it in my condo parking space, and only took it on 2 small errands the entire time I had it. On those errands, I stayed in the jeep while my aide took care of my drop off items. At no time did anyone touch the doors of the jeep and certainly didn't try to break in and damage the passenger rear windows moulding. They have not sent me a picture and cannot prove that it happened while I had the jeep. Especially since no one Parks on EITHER side of my condo space, AND my neighbor's ring camera is pointed right at it and his truck. Furthermore, people walk around here at all hours of the day and night, which i see on my ring as well. The claim against me is fraudulent.
