  The young lady that was doing all the work, was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I believe she’s a very valuable member of your team and should be recognized as such people like that. Make me want to continue to use Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

  Enterprise was unable to pick me up despite multiple attempts to coordinate, and I had to pay for an Uber out of pocket. Additionally, the Tesla rental I received became unusable when the key card stopped working, which required the vehicle to be towed. Enterprise then arranged transportation for me to the Carlsbad location. However, it appears my reservation details were not properly reviewed, as I was provided with a Maverick truck despite my insurance covering a comparable/luxury vehicle. I am not comfortable driving a truck and was expecting a more appropriate option. At the Carlsbad location, the experience was also not handled well. When I arrived and explained my situation, I was asked to take a seat without any explanation of timing or next steps. I waited approximately 20 minutes without any update and had to follow up myself to understand what the plan was. I was then directed to the Encinitas location, where I was provided with a Camry that had a noticeable smoke odor and was also not comparable to my vehicle. I was only informed at that point that a more appropriate vehicle may have been available at another location and that I would need to contact the Point Loma location. They then advised I would have to go to the airport to obtain a comparable vehicle, which would have required additional travel time in rush hour traffic. This entire process began around 1:00 PM when the vehicle needed to be towed, and it is now approximately 5:30 PM and I am still not home. This has resulted in over five hours spent resolving this issue. Overall, this process involved multiple location transfers, a tow, an out-of-pocket rideshare expense, and failure to provide a suitable replacement vehicle. I was also previously told I would be reimbursed for the Uber via Venmo, but that has not been completed. They also would not give me a ride back to the Tesla location at W Morena Blvd, 10 minutes away, because their employee had just started their lunch break. At 3:45 PM.

  The staff at the point Loma location is always very helpful and friendly. Having the ability to go online and request specific things for the rental and then having those requests fulfilled is very important to me.
