They have a pretty terrible system for booking and rescheduling appointments. I booked a smog test through their website for 7am a few days in advance. The day prior to the appointment, I needed to reschedule it. I texted the phone number they provided to reschedule the appointment. I didn’t hear back from them, so I adjusted my schedule and made it to the appointment. When I got there, they said their smog technician doesn’t come in until 8am and their online system hasn’t been adjusted to schedule appointments only when the technician is available.
