The guy, no less than 6 times told me I should get synthetic oil instead of the standard oil. Ive been driving on regular oil my entire life and have never had an issue. He acted like I was a bad person and kept shaking his head at me when I declined. I finally told him to please stop trying to upsell me. I definitly will not return to this location.

Really appreciate you both!! I definitely will continue to come back to this location going forward for all oil changes.
