- JKJonathan Kuo6 days ago5.0They have amazing customer service at this location. Jesse was the one that assisted me. He's very friendly, honest, and accomadating. I originally rented a mid-size SUV, but didn't feel comfortable with it when I was testing it in their parking garage. I asked if I could get a sedan instead, and he quickly made the switch with no extra charge. It definitely felt like they were there to help than to just make a profit. He was also honest and clear about the tolls I might come across. SD is toll-free, but there's a lot of tolls in LA. I mentioned I was probably only visiting LA one day, and he was upfront with me about having the tolls option waived since it's not worth it. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do!

I reserved a vehicle at the San Diego airport for a one way trip but then discovered this retail location next to my hotel. He was able to change pickup location to his store and he allowed me to park in his garage for free so I didnt have to valet at my hotel.
