  A pic paints what words can’t, or in this case, what Safe Harbor can’t paint. Took our boat in for a bottom paint job. Within two months, the paint started to peel. Returned to have them rectify, they begrudgingly did, but not well. Bad prep - taping welded joints so water came underneath the paint, which caused major bubbling and peeling again. Didn’t bother contacting them again b/c we’d just get the same bad results. Yard Manager Scott doesn’t project a welcoming, customer-friendly experience at all. Don’t take your boat there, unless you like being talked down to and paying for subpar work.

  Scott and the entire team were friendly, expert in their work and very fair with their fees. Every trade in the yard was first class. I did my propellers, and cutless bearings along with bottom paint and Propspeed. Gelcoat and upholstery work was amazing. I’ve talk to others that agree, and that this yard is the best on the west coast

  Do not use this yard. Their level of incompetents is staggering. Coupled with the attude that your luckily we allowed you in our yard. Difficult to believe it's owned by the Safe Harbor corporation. However, the independent contractors working from the yard are generally quite good.

  Brought my boat in to Scott for bottom painting He has an exceptional staff and he’s likable And honest did an execeptional job My new go to boat repair place
