- CBChristen BuetzAug 27, 20251.0I've been coming here for years with no problems - Brian and Shirley have always been wonderful, and the work was reliable and fairly priced. Over the past year or so, however, the quality has unfortunately decreased, from issues with my brakes being incorrectly measured to no longer receiving the virtual detailed report after each appointment. My oil change appointment today was the final straw. After a very unprofessional experience with the person at the front desk, where he was extremely condescending and spoke down to me like a child, I'm sad to say I will no longer be coming here for my car services. I do want to say thank you to Brian and Shirley - thank you for always being so professional and helpful every time we interacted!
