This place is nasty as hell. The amount of trash, mice and rats. The bathroom is dirty ever time I come here. The lack of friendlyness is very poor for a pilot. The amount of money they charge for parking is crazy!!!! I always thought that truckers were appreciated for all that we do but instead they just rob us for our money for parking!!!!! With the 22$ for one night of parking they should be able to get rid of all that trash on the property. The showers are small for the amount of money you pay for a shower. Over all this place is truly disgusting and not worth it overall. The nerve of the employee to knock on doors asking for money for everything is mind blowing. I would not stay here again if I didn't have too.

Came in here one time and one of the card readers has a skimmer on it. My card has never been skimmed before but the one time I come here I get robbed for 140 bucks the next morning. Double check before swiping your card here.

A bit out of the way and expensive. Only Pilot I've been to that had a time limit on showers. Parking area is packed day and night because it's too small of a space. Had to wait in line for gas. I've had worse, but not great.

VISITOR/CUSTOMER ALERT!! as the holidays approach, you will notice the Pilot being short on staff(which means some days you will not be able to get a fast shower or a shower at all because some days there will only be 1 employee during the night shift to attend the entire store and no one else to clean the restrooms because the register will be left unattended. Why is that? Staff will be getting sick just like truckers get sick and unable to perform or just like anyone else gets sick and is not able to perform properly so they get sent home or they have to call out. Not many people like working the graveyard shift either so it is difficultto find new staff. Please DO NOT take it out on them. If you have an issue with ANYTHING at all, please walk up to the staff and bring it up to their attention and they will gladly take care of it. This is a huge store compare to other pilots. It is not difficult to communicate. Do not go and make a bad survey so it goes directly to corporate without bringing it up to a pilot employee. They WILL give a write-up to EVERY employee that is on that shift without caring if the staff knows about the issue or not, which is really messed up knowing corporate or the manager is the one who should have at least 2 people working the nightshift and if one person calls out, there should be a back-up person who is able to cover that shift (which the manager or assistant manger should be the ones to cover that shift if no one else is found to cover it) Put yourself in their shoes. If at your job someone doesn't bring up an issue directly to you, would you be ok getting a write up without a heads up to fix that problem and endup getting fired? No, right? Be kind please. The holidays are bad enough already for some that will not have a family to go home to or will not have a loved one to hug this season(perhaps even you?) and it makes me sad. Please treat other the same way you would like to be treated. It's already pressure enough for big corporates to force people to do more than what they can can do or pay for something that was out of their control or knowledge. If a toilet is clogged, bring it up to their attention. It's not the staffs fault someone didn't know how to use the toilet or didn't have the decency to let the staff know they clogged it. There's a piece of paper on the floor? Pick it up and take it to the trash can, there's no sprite? Let the staff know, no napkins? Let the staff know COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION 🤗 SPREAD KINDNESS THIS YEAR ✨️ 💖
