  I reserved a truck for my company. This morning my manager went to pick up the truck they said there was no truck. Even though a lots of trucks were parked in the back, they said there were no truck for us. I made a reservation but they did NOT guarantee a truck that I reserved!!! I don’t understand what the POINT of making a reservation was!!! Today’s schedule was delayed for a FULL one and half hour. Because we needed to check another location. What a HUGE waste of time. THIS PLACE IS NOT RELIABLE!

  Went to penske in las vegas twice because they said they had a truck ready and when my worker got there they told him the didnt have any trucks. That should have been where I said to myself the heck with penske and gone to enterprise. Then I make arrangements to pick up a truck in san diego since our job was really close to this location. After the email confirmation that the truck was there and ready we hurried on in so as to not have them give it away. I didnt pay too much attention to the condition since it was end of month and I just needed a truck for the job. We drove at 25mph for 3 minutes to the job and loaded up the truck from front to end and headed out to do a week long trip. When we got to the highway we hit the classic california traffic for almost 2 hours but at least we were in route. Since we didnt get the truck full I decided to pull over and get some fuel and started really looking over the truck and it was absolutely disgusting. Imagine going to a steakhouse ordering a 50 dollar steak and they bring it out on the last persons dirty plate, that's what this felt like. There was crap everywhere. Ok so it was dirty, at least it's a truck. Then when we got bak on the road if you went over 45 mph this thing would shake very violently and pull to the right hard while the steering wheel was facing left. When ever we turned to a place with a driveway you would hear a metal clapping sound like th bushings where shot the seat moved from left to right(not suppose to do this) probably because it was damaged or not secured and the cruise control did not work. I took the load to las vegas unloaded and headed back going 40 the entire time and when I called Ryan to let him know I could not use this truck for the week because it was not safe to drive he stated he would zero out the daily charges and I would only have to pay for the insurance and miles. So I agreed to this and when I returned it I requested a copy of the receipt. What they sent me was a receipt for over 600 dollars they didnt take anything off. I tried to contact 3 different people about this and sent over 5 emails and I've gotten no response. Seems like they just want to ignore me and keep my money. They truly dont care about the trucks they are putting on the road or the customer service they are providing. I was working on a deal with penske used truck sales to buy 3 trucks and now I will never ever give them any of my business again.
