He failed it immediately because a light had not reset. However, he charged me a premium $80.00 and asked me to come back once the light resets and he would give me the certificate. I came back and he wanted another $80.00 for the inspection he never did the first time. I don't care about this as much as the rodents running all around the inside office. I guess because the alley is adjacent...but get some pest control there. It won't cost that much... Not recommended (from a real person who had a horrible experience with Doran and Montezuma Smog)
