  They did an amazing job on my car after a tree fell on it. They even cleaned and detailed my car for me. If I ever need something done to my car again I’ll come back here! Thank you!

  They are amazing! Not only was my car ready in 2 days, they fixed a couple of dings I hadn’t even noticed, removed my expired carpool lane stickers, and returned my vehicle gleaming inside and out. The paint job has a lifetime warranty. Everyone was pleasant, flexible and helpful. And because they are in my insurance company’s network, I just had to pay the deductible and they dealt with everything else. I couldn’t be more pleased.

  My car repairs were completed in a wonderful, timely manner. However, when I arrived to pickup my vehicle, there were very explicit photos of another customers medical reports, including a colonoscopy and others in my passenger seat! When I brought these sensitive reports back to their office, it was taken very lightly and blamed on the detailer. It makes me very uncomfortable to see such private forms being misplaced in the wrong vehicle , and also makes me wonder if my car was being used for errands or if other cars here have had things go missing. Someone called to apologize but my mind is still very boggled how medical forms, including a customers name, DOB, and photos of their body ended up in my vehicle.

  Josie and her team at Miller Collisions were so helpful throughout the entire process of repairing my Mazda and they went above and beyond in every step! The repairs were completed perfectly, quickly, and priced fairly. They even went out of their way to read my check engine light and give me a heads up about some other issues I didn't know my car had. Josie was also so kind to help me get a ride to and from the rental car company when dropping off and picking up. As a young woman who doesn't know too much about cars, I'm always scared of being talked down to in these scenarios but that was not a concern here at all. Everyone was so cool!
