  Its a SCAM, I parked here for 2hrs and I was charged $40. Apparently if you park here after 6p and leave before 5a, its their "Evening special"- it sure is, a scam

  Honestly, it's pretty decent. Seems secure. But if you're on a motorcycle there's almost no way it's going to detect you to let you out. I had to wait for vehicles to enter or exit to get one of them to trip it so I could leave (twice). The second time was frustratingly long. Their help line is worthless. I was on a heavy bike mind you, so I probably had the best odds of it detecting me. That being said you exit on a down hill and it was really difficult for me to reposition my bike or move it at all once I got to the gate. It would be nice if they fixed the issue or if it was easier to get a hold of someone to open it remotely. Just a heads up for the motorcycles though.

  Lots of scary reviews on here but didn’t experience anything bad at all. Prepaid for parking on SpotHero, QR code to get in and out with the car worked without issue. Scanned the same code to walk in and out of the parking garage, worked every time. Did not end up using in and out privileges so can’t comment on that working or not. 4 stars because smelled kind of bad, not a huge deal

  Horrific experience with customer service. We couldn’t access our car using the card we used to enter. We couldn’t exit the garage for prepared overnight stay. Had to call customer service three times to let me out.

  Prepaid in and out has a lot of issues. Paid $120 for 2 day in-and-out parking - got stuck twice trying to exit. Customer service took 14 minutes to open the gate the second time.
