This used to be my main Jiffy Lube location where I regularly went for service, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I waited 45 minutes while two cars in the other lane were serviced before mine, even though I had been there longer. When I pointed this out, no one seemed to care — not even the manager. There was zero communication the entire time. They were working on the car in front of me for 45 minutes without providing any updates or explanation about the delay. I understand that things can get busy, but basic customer service and communication go a long way. Eventually, I decided to leave because it was clear that my time wasn’t valued. No one apologized, no one explained the situation — they just let me go without saying anything. Very disappointed, especially since this was the location I trusted for service in the past. I won’t be returning.
