The service lady, Amanda, asked to get into the passenger side of the car to "check my cabin filter". Everyone says I need a new cabin filter but no one has ever sat in my car and accessed it thru the glove box, shown me the cabin filter and explained what happens when it needs changing, like poor air flow or an unpleasant smell. Cabin filter changed (because it was gross) AND she fixed the little hydraulic that allows how far the glove box opens. Thank you! Like I said, TOP NOTCH!
