I don’t know how they did it, but the day after I got my oil changed here my oil pressure sensors broke clean off which was a $700 repair. My service advisor said he had never seen that before and the mechanic mentioned that this only happens when the oil is changed inappropriately. Jiffy Lube corporate refused to pay for the damage even after so much evidence was provided that this was their fault, which means any jiffy lube that damages your car will try to get away with it even when the case is cut and dry. Jiffy Lube is another soulless, garage, greedy company that should go bankrupt. We need more mom and pop oil change places that actually care about their customers to flourish instead of this trashy company.

A couple of months ago, I went in for a routine oil change and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The employees told me everything looked good and sent me on my way. My car showed no warning signs—no leaks, no issues—until it suddenly stopped working out of nowhere. After having it inspected, I found out they never added new oil. They drained my oil and sent me off with an empty engine. I was literally driving with no oil at all, which caused serious damage. What I thought would save me a few dollars ended up costing me hundreds to thousands in repairs. I trusted this place for a simple service and they completely failed. If you care about your car, your safety, and your wallet, do not go here.
