Established in 2014, Independent Motorcars was formed by Chris Keefer, formerly of La Jolla Independent BMW, in order to offer incredible service at a clean shop in a great location. Our team have over a combined 30 years of working with BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche for our customers in San Diego. If you own a Porsche and are particular about who works on your car, you can stop looking. This place is flawless in every aspect I’ve encountered: Pricing is more than competitive; very easy to make an appt, punctual with pickup times, and honest to a fault. First time there I had an oil change and an aftermarket module installed for a price that was almost half of what I was quoted elsewhere. Yesterday I brought my car in because the skid plate on the bottom had come loose. When I came to pick up my car, I was told there was no charge for the work done bc it ‘only’ took 30 minutes to complete. Who does that? Just incredible customer service. I’ll never go anywhere else.
