  Great shop!!! Jose and Becky were very professional and they take pride in their work. They answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns with my repairs. They finished earlier than the projected completion date. I will definitely refer this shop to family and friends and will go back for any repairs on my vehicles Very trustworthy and top notch service!!! Gerber Collision & Glass #1 in the high desert!!!

  My second time bringing my car back and they never fail at being great with service. They made sure my rental pick up and drop off was planned. Kept me updated about my repairs over text and they dealt with the adjuster to get my claims approved asap. Facilities are super clean here. Special shout out to all the people who helped me!! Ruby, Alexis, Louie, and Marguerito. Extra love and thank you to everyone who took care of my car behind the scenes. I received my car better than I dropped it off and I could not be any happier. This is a wonderful shop and I would refer them to anyone. It’s nice to have such a bright and welcoming office to handle your repairs after all the stress you go through to file your claim.

  I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision. Their customer service was excellent — everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. The staff made everything super easy to understand and took care of all the details, which made the whole situation stress-free. My car came back looking brand new!   The entire process starts with Alexis at the front desk and the repair plus estimate ends with Ruby Gomez and her team. Outstanding service from start to finish. Ruby is pretty (no pun intended) knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She always smiles and energetic which makes for a cool interaction and flow of information. Text messages and communication was on point. It took exactly one week even though they estimated a week and a half. I dropped on Tuesday Morning and Got a text it was ready Tuesday Evening of the next week. I picked up Wednesday morning. As Alexis was taking my deductible money and explaining to me that Ruby would explain everything. I looked out the window and Ruby was out there shining up the car making sure my repairs was highlighted. Now that is customer service. I have been to 4 places over my lifetime that repaired my cars and only one is comparable in Ukiah California that made me feel special. Gerber and Ruby's Team made me feel very special. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that needs repairs. Thank you and God Bless
