- MHM HendersonFeb 9, 20231.0Unfortunately, you may as well use your gas car rather than charging here, as gas is less expensive 😲 These chargers read 29 cents per Kilowatt Hour at the pump. I charged my car for 30 minutes and was charged $40! It would be nice if EVGO did not hide their real pricing behind fine print only located on their website (which still does not explain the extremely high pricing during off-peak hours).
