  I was very happy with my experience renting a truck from Enterprise Truck Rentals. I made my reservation online and they called the next day to say that the 16' stake bed truck wasn't available and if I would be ok with the 20' version. They kept the price for the 16' version. Check out was easy and the staff was super helpful. They ensure that I knew how to work the liftgate prior to leaving. The truck itself was an almost brand-new F250 with just over 1000 miles on it.

  I’ve had a good experience and a poor one, so I am mixed. The manager is the worst, but the employees are quite helpful. I was on my way to pick up my confirmed truck when I received a call on my way stating that the confirmed truck is not available. I guess their website interface to inventory needs some work. The gentleman offered me the option of a different, slightly larger truck. Since I had commitments, I took it. After I hung up, I called back to ask about pricing difference (forgot to ask on the phone). The truck I had came with 100mi per day and the new one is .59 per mi, so a big difference. Since my reservation was confirmed and that the error was not on my end, I asked if there was something they could do to help offset the large price increase. The manager told me, “we didn’t make your reservation” and “you don’t have to rent from us.” We’ll you’re right! There is U-Haul, Budget, Penske, and others.

  Product: I just rented a cargo van. It was taller than expected and wouldn’t fit in my parking garage. It was clean, well maintained, and drove nicely. Customer service: Fantastic! I needed help and the guys in the office were willing and friendly. Keep up the great work guys!
