  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I wasted TWO HOURS waiting just to get a car. When they finally brought one out, it was filthy and only had half a tank of gas. Also the car had scratches all over and it was an old car !!!!Completely unacceptable. Then they claimed their machines were “broken” and tried to pressure me into purchasing their insurance. It felt extremely shady and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager Aaron was beyond rude. As I was leaving, he swore at me and told me to “go have a nice life” while laughing. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone in a management position. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the time, stress, and disrespect do not rent from here. Will be reporting them.

  Sadly I would have loved to rate higher unfortunately my experience here wasn't a pleasant one though. My family and I use to love Enterprise and they use to always have the best customer service there at this location. Though ever since new management took place, it went downhill fast! Everyone who works there from supervisor, manager on duty, to employees. All lack customer service skills. There was only one girl who still knew how to deliver great customer service. A beautiful blonde hair with greenish eyes who had a very sweet personality. Unlike her coworker some brunette, semi long hair white girl. Who was pretty rude from beginning to end. Then when asking her supervisor who was present about why the pricing was different from online, calling and when I was at their location none were the same. In which over the phone whoever was the agent speaking quoted my father $200 but was actually $300 and they wouldn't honor their mistake. I've worked in hospitality, customer service, dispatch etc 👌 So to my understanding if you quoted someone a price over the phone regardless if you messed up on your end. You should honor it. You can even listen back to the conversation discussed over the phone, cause I'm aware that is something you can look up😉 So aside from everyone looking miserable working there that day, minus the one sweet girl there. I don't know how you're still running your business. Either leave your drama at home or don't show up to work, making your customers debate whether they should even continue doing business with you. Also for future reference try to make sure if you quote someone either honor it or don't even give a price over the phone. Simple keep it professional and treat your customers with respect! Cause if it was the other way around I'm certain you wouldn't like being treated poorly right? Last management had everyone on point that's all I gotta say!

  Agents were very friendly, person to person interaction. They seemed to like their jobs! A unique vibe these days!! Enterprise is a better price than AAA preferred rental !
