Aaron was the Enterprise employee who was professional and even offered if I needed a ride across the street. That small gesture goes a long way, especially when nowadays, customer service is a hit or miss. Aaron and this Enterprise location score a home run!

The day we needed it, they finally canceled on us leaving us in a real bind. They did nothing to help find one at another location. To really pour salt in the wound, we asked if they could at least give us a discount on our next rental. We rent from them fairly often when we have visitors in town. They said if we came in, they could but nothing over the phone or email. Why in the world would I drive to a rental location that just canceled on me for them to do even the smallest gesture to make it right? We’ll just find another place to rent from now on.
