  I reserved a mid-sized SUV 4 days before the trip. We reached San Diego, and the shuttle and customer service at the rental desk were efficient. The main concerns are that the employee in the garage said there was only one vehicle available to rent, a compact SUV. No other options were given. Upon getting the final invoice, I saw that Enterprise charged me for a mid-sized SUV and it should have been the compact SUV. I was able to get a refund through their customer service chat for the difference. Beware of what you get and what is invoiced.

  The folks at enterprise are always professional eligible and do their best to take excellent care of me! I’m grateful for all of their high-level of excellence and the way they operate their business! It helps with traveling that you can count on Enterprise to always be there. Have a good vehicle for you and it be helpful. I believe that old man that got me on the road was named Matt in San Diego and he was fantastic as well

  I recently reserved a car, only to find out the location was out of cars, except for minivans and sports cars. The gentleman helping me said he would source the car I had reserved from another rental agency but that would take some time. I was not in a hurry, so I told him to do whatever he wanted to do. After a moment of thought, the young man looked at me and said Mr. Plant I do not want to waste your time why don’t I just put you in this upgraded sports car. (Convertible Mustang). Who in their right mind would not want to be upgraded to a New convertible Mustang in San Diego? This airport location exemplifies the meaning of customer service. It was never about the additional money either theirs or mine. It was more about the customer experience, and THAT puts Enterprise at the top of the list for me.

  Not the best experience by far! Completed pre check in day prior. App says check in was complete and to head straight to employees at the vehicles. Once arrived I was still place in line behind those checking in. Reserved and paid for a luxury vehicle Audi/bmw , I was initially offered dodge charger. At first I thought it was a simple mistake, but after a comment by the rep I took it as a racial basis. After pressing the issue magically a bmw was available. Though I had already checked in and provide my id and credit card, I was asked to put down a deposit, which have never been asked before. After getting the car and driving to the check out line I gave the booth rep my contract and drivers license per standard , but was told to hold because they wanted to scan my license again. I may be younger and a minority woman but chill enterprise, I have money, a good job and I won’t steal your car!!!

  Had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. Always do in San Diego. The host that checked us in and showed us available cars was friendly, kind and had a great sense of humor. We came to town to visit a friend with advanced cancer and upon learning what we were doing, and that we had an 80's theme to our visit, he found a way to put us in the BRIGHTEST purple Charger. It was the perfect complement to a difficult visit. His name started with an F - wish I could recall it because I would want him recognized for being in tune with his customers and finding a way to make us smile. Thank you for going the extra mile for us!
