  I rented a Premium crossover from this location. Upon arrival, there were no premium crossovers available. There were actually only three cars available so I went to check other enterprise locations. With no luck at the other places I made my way back to this location where I was told the only option is a Prius. I took the Prius as my car was at Audi getting work. The next day the Manager, Jae, asked about my experience and I told him. He waived my entire rental fee for the issues I faced. I appreciated this so much and I will be back thanks to Jae resolving this issue the way he did.

  They were less expensive than other Enterprises in the same area. We were doing a road trip and needed a large capacity vehicle. Was debating between 2 vehicles, they let us look at both and decide after. Super easy and super nice. Returns were easy as well. Will definitely go back to this location!

  I have been coming to this location for years. Will get cars due to mine being in the shop or needing xtra space for a long road trip. The experience has always been good and keeps me coming back. In need of a car for a few weeks because mine is in the shop so I went to my “go to” place. Experience is not good. First, I rented a luxury class suv online two days before pickup and received a confirmation. Then, as I was on my way to pick up the car, I received a call from the branch saying they didn’t have a luxury suv available and had alternatives. I wasn’t impressed with the selection but really had no choice. My rep said I could exchange if I wasn’t happy. A few days went by and I wasn’t happy with the car. Honestly, it was kind of a clunker (loud noises, doesn’t handle well, etc) and the car is probably at the end of its rental car life. So, I called the branch and they said they didn’t have any other vehicles to give and the one I had would be the best available. So, a few days go by and I started getting prompts saying car is due for service and I have low tire pressure. I checked the tire pressure and everything was fine. I called the branch and asked if I could switch out the car for another. They gave me a story about nothing being wrong with the car and I needed to reset the indicator light. And, they didn’t have another car to give. I tried and no luck. Overall…frustrating experience and I would have a hard time going back in the future.
