When I showed up to pick up the car, they told me there were no cars available and that they had left me a voicemail indicating so. I never received a voice-mail from them and there was no indication that they ever tried to contact me in any way (through a phone call, text message, e-mail, etc). In addition, the website still showed that I had an upcoming reservation with them. When I asked about that, they told me that it was ME who needed to cancel the reservation through the website. Seems like a bit of a shady way to handle overbooking.
