    This is my second bad experience with National, and unfortunately it has completely broken my trust in the brand. The first time was in Chicago, and now again in San Diego. I had a confirmed reservation to pick up a car in San Diego and return it in San Francisco. My flight was already delayed, and when I finally arrived at the counter, I was simply told there were no cars available. That was it. No explanation. No alternative solution. No call, no prior notification, and no follow-up. For a company of National’s size, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If you cannot honor reservations, customers should be informed in advance—especially travelers dealing with flight delays and tight schedules. A confirmed booking should mean something. Sadly, based on my repeated experiences, I cannot rely on National anymore and would not recommend them to others.

    I’ve been coming to this Enterprise location for years, and the service has always been excellent. Micaelah and Kimberly consistently take great care of me, even at what is clearly a very busy location. They are professional, attentive, and go above and beyond—most recently helping me locate my lost home garage transponder. Despite the high volume of customers, the service remains efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership for their reliability and outstanding customer care.

    The employees here are friendly and helpful. However I don’t recommend using Enterprise for car rental. They are sorely lacking in every area. Their vehicle selection is extremely limited. The computer system is outdated and poorly designed. They do not have a streamlined quick pickup process so you’ll be waiting a long time to rent a car even if you already made the reservation online. The office person has to do it all over. It feels very disjointed and manual. This branch doesn’t have a shuttle. I was expecting to walk in grab keys and go get the vehicle. It’s absolute nothing like that. If you have along time and don’t mind waiting and starting the entire process over again, then this is the place for you. Otherwise use AVIS, Budget or Hertz. You can do everything online and then when you go to get your vehicle, it’s a 10-minute process to provide ID, swipe your card for the deposit and then go grab your car. Skip this place. Enterprise needs to upgrade their systems and make the process smoother and quicker if they expect to compete with other big players in this market. I’ll never use them again.
