I asked Enterprise Mira Mesa for a hybrid car two weeks prior to my reservation date. But on the day of reservation, the branch at Mira Mesa did not have a hydrid ready for me, so instead I had to be driven to another branch in Poway 25 minutes away to get a hybrid in pouring rain. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
Rental return went smoother. I just had to drop off the car at Caliber Collision.

The Enterprise Rent A Car site in Ramona had problems over the 2025 Holidays. I had an 8 am appt. Rep from another site had to travel to Ramona to help the waiting customers. We finally got our vehicle around 10:30 am. Britney did the best she could despite difficult customers prior to taking care of me. I had to follow up w/her a couple of times because my downloaded voucher/receipt showed a different location for pick up/drop off. I also followed up w/Enterprise several days after I dropped off the vehicle because I wanted a final receipt emailed to me. That was last week and I'm still waiting. I have to call again today to ask again. Not happy with Enterprise.
