  I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location in Normal Heights. They gave me an appointment to pick up the car and they told me I should go to mission valley location when I got there. They said non sense stuff about not stepping on their partners toes, their territory, and that I might wait for hours for car if i wait there. THEY TOLD ME TO BE THERE! HORRIBLE!!!

  This location has the nicest staff. They are courteous, helpful, and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to get me the vehicle that I needed for my wheelchair. I highly recommend giving Enterprise-Normal Heights a try.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location in Normal Heights. The manager, Mia, greeted me in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner from the start. I requested to drop off my car at this location, and she refused without a clear explanation. She even called another location’s manager and spoke to her rudely in front of me, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, I was not given the vehicle I had reserved. Instead, I received a different car that was very unclean and clearly not properly prepared for a customer. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I do not recommend going to this location. Enterprise should seriously review the management and service standards here.

  I did a bone head thing and forgot my reservation by over 3 hours. They didn't flinch. They got my car ready and I was out the door in 20 minutes. I'll be back. Thanks Nick you really saved my bacon 🥓
