I had some hiccups on my end, but Steve was extremely patient kept in contact with updates and all. Then to my surprise I was scheduled for Saturday Nov. 29th but I received a call from Lindsey his store sales manager. She informed me that they were having a black Friday sale and if I could down and they will work something out for me. When I tell you I got there, they had the paperwork complete showed me the car I was approved for and of course it was up to me after the test drive. I was in and out within 2hrs. The car I was approved for had lower miles than what I wanted, more room and newer year. I added on extra protection services in addition to the still within manufacturer warranty and my payments are lower than what I thought. I will be bringing my daughters back to purchase from them soon. I can not thank Steve enough!!!!! If you need a car this is the place smoothest car buying experience ever.
