  Angel and the Technician that did the alighnment on my vehicle, went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was properly working. Had mixed tires that affected the way the vehicle drove.. They changed the tires to make sure the same tires were on the same axle. This type of service is why my son's and I are pleased to use this companies services.

  I have had my cars come in for random items over the last decade . I will say I can vouch for the quality of work at Dualtone , however , did not enjoy my recent visit for an alignment. Had an appointment for 1pm and made it on time . When dropped off they tell you 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours to complete. I killed 90 minutes and came back thinking my car must be done or close at least . I see it’s on the rack and no one has touched it . I had another appointment and didn’t have the time to wait any longer . I think if they are backed up they should let you know before the appointment or in the worst case while you’re there . I could have come back another day if necessary but instead they wasted my time . Frustrating for sure !

  I got here a little early for my appointment, that didn’t matter, they still checked me in and worked on my truck. Discount Tire had refused to work on my truck because it’s too “difficult” for what needed done even though they offer this same service. Although that was annoying, they did refer me here and I’m glad they did. Customer service was great, I got my truck in a timely manner, and I will definitely be back.
