  If quality is your priority then Alex is your man. You will need to be patient however as he may require more time then anticipated. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his work!

  I brought our 4T Overland Edition Gazelle tent in to see if they could fix or replace the bug netting zippers on both doors which kept separating. Alex and Maria quickly assessed the issue was the slider and - get this - stopped what they both had been doing to fix it!! 10 minutes later I was out the door with a still functioning tent and learned a few things in the process. Quality people with expertise and a customer for life over here! Thanks so much for making my day. 🙌😊

  I contacted Alex to order a center console cover for my power skiff. He said he would be there to measure the next week, then the next, and the next. Finally he said the only way it would get done would be to bring the old cover to his shop. I did that, and it still wasn't done when promised. Two or three weeks late. I was out of town when he installed it, holding off on final payment. I inspected it when I got back. The fit was sloppy and one vent was placed against a bulkhead, rendering it useless. I paid the reminder, and I regret doing that. I guess I hoped he would be like the former owner and make things right without my being strong-handed about it. It was very expensive for such a small job and should have been perfect. He didn't make things right. I sent him an email expressing my concerns and he ignored it. I guess since I paid in full, he didn't give a hoot anymore. The trusting bond I had with Mike Gavin didn't transfer to the new owner. I was always pleased with the product I got from Canvas Services when Mike Gavin owned the shop. He was expensive, but he provided a perfect fit and delivered when promised. The current owner is not up to that level, and I don't recommend using him.

  Canvas Services is a quality shop! Nathan was a delight to work with and diligently followed up throughout the entire process to make sure we were getting what we needed. Very professional and courteous. Our sail cover was made quickly, and it's gorgeous! I highly recommend.
