But regardless I still bought it because It is good quality but next time be polite too or just said you cant do it because you cant walk or what just dont say I should do it. Luckily I once work at a shop and know how to install it. Its just I want a skilled one do it for me because I want safety. But regardless, I manage. I know some basic things but I cant trust myself sometimes and they say you install. Lol. And there is one thing on free engine checknengine light, they didnt help me when I asked but luckily the second time they did. Thats why I didnt buy the parts i need in there for that. Be careful next time. I dont knownif you are judging or helping someone base on their looks or what but still be careful next time you are losing customers.
- JMJ MasDec 31, 20255.0I needed a car battery for my mother's automobile. I went to the Spring Valley location and interacted with the manager. As he told his employee not to aid me. I then drove to the Paradise Valley site and had an incredible experience. Oscar was incredibly helpful. He went above and above to help me. I didn't have any tools to remove the old battery, so Oscar removed and installed the new battery. I highly recommend if you need help with your vehicle come out and visit the AutoZone in Paradise Valley.
