I came to buy windshield wipers for my car and politely ask if he can install it but instead he said we can't do it because it is easy to do SIR! But regardless I still bought it because It is good quality but next time be polite too or just said you cant do it because you cant walk or what just dont say I should do it. Luckily I once work at a shop and know how to install it. Its just I want a skilled one do it for me because I want safety. But regardless, I manage. I know some basic things but I cant trust myself sometimes and they say you install. Lol. And there is one thing on free engine checknengine light, they didnt help me when I asked but luckily the second time they did. Thats why I didnt buy the parts i need in there for that. Be careful next time. I dont knownif you are judging or helping someone base on their looks or what but still be careful next time you are losing customers.

I needed a car battery for my mother's automobile. I went to the Spring Valley location and interacted with the manager. As he told his employee not to aid me. I then drove to the Paradise Valley site and had an incredible experience. Oscar was incredibly helpful. He went above and above to help me. I didn't have any tools to remove the old battery, so Oscar removed and installed the new battery. I highly recommend if you need help with your vehicle come out and visit the AutoZone in Paradise Valley.

Shoutout to Oscar Romano for the great service today. On Christmas Eve around 5:11 PM, my truck battery died and I wasn’t even sure what was wrong. Oscar checked it, showed me it was bad, explained all my options, and helped me pick the best replacement. He even installed it for me in under seven minutes—outside in the rain and wind. Because of him, my wife, kids, and I are good to go for our drive to Los Angeles tomorrow. Huge thanks, Oscar—really appreciate you!

I got my battery from this AutoZone and the people here were so helpful and I came here first thing in the morning and Oscar helped me take out my old battery and replace it with a new one with ease and he was very knowledgeable on what he was doing, and even walked me through the steps of what he was doing. I highly recommend coming here if you need your battery replaced.

I went to this AutoZone today for a simple battery check and replacement, and the experience was unbelievably bad. The employee at the counter, Benny, was completely unprofessional. He acted like helping a customer was a burden from the moment I walked in. He didn’t know where the battery was located on my vehicle, didn’t bother to look, and made zero effort to provide any actual help. Instead, he told me that their store “doesn’t change batteries,” which is ridiculous because other AutoZone locations have done it for me without any issue. His attitude came across as lazy, untrained, and totally uninterested in doing his job. It honestly felt like he just didn’t want to help anyone. I walked out with no assistance and a really bad impression of this location. If Benny is the kind of employee they have representing the store, it’s no wonder the service is this terrible. This place desperately needs better staff training, better management, and employees who actually care about customers.
