- EGEddie GonzalezOct 8, 20251.0This place is not as good as it used to be. I dropped off a battery in a Friday and went to pick it up the following day. I went to the back with them and I see that my battery wasn’t even connected so they test it and say it’s bad but they said they’ll leave it connected and to come back the following day {Sunday). I went in to pick it up Sunday and they couldn’t find the battery. They told me to go to the back with them to where it looks like they put batteries on a pallet to recycle. I’m guessing they wanted to throw my battery away without even telling me. They tested the battery again and they said it’s still bad. I took my battery and went to another autozone and, left it for 3 hours and it held charge and it ended up being a good battery. The Autozone on University Ave isn’t as good anymore. I would not recommended leaving your battery there to charge or else they might recycle it without letting you know.

He also made it easy to locate the warrant I had on the old battery so the swap for a new one was quick and easy. Would definitely come back to Victor and this autozone for anymore help with my car.
