Didn't think anything of it until I walked up to counter. I interacted with employee and I asked for car scanner and was given right away...I could have just walked off at this rate. Instead I asked if I can leave something or a deposit (i did this previously at same location without a problem) to borrow because my vehicle that needed testing wasn't on location. Frantically responds "No, we don't do that sorry" "I'm asking primarily out of respect and I've done this here before" I told her. Because it's true. Primarily curious at this rate as to what changed? She frustratingly walks off to ask manager that's helping another customer. I didn't mind just making sure about it all so I waited. Instead of a professional manner addressing the question he replied with a sarcastic tone and smile "no". Repeats himself "no no. We don't do that here" I told him "it's weird because I've don't it here before is all." Because his response and tone caught me off guard. I just walked in and never experienced this disrespect at this location before. So had to be clear. He responds "hopefully not here because we shouldn't be doing that" smug and disrespectful. Left and typically wouldn't leave a review but this was honestly really bad. If they had a bad day I get it but to be reactive in this way to customers is out of line. Typically don't mind a "no" given with respect. Manager has no respect and was very unprofessional. This is my home location so I'll be back often for my convenience. Just know it's a bad experience. I'll grab photos when I head back. See you again soon buddy :)

They rebuilt my Lexus CT200h's engine for 30% below what others were quoting and had it done in a week. He referral saved me a lot of time and money. Helping customers in need is what good service is about and Carol definitely showed that!
