He was patient with me when I went to a competitor to check prices & helped install the replacement battery. 10/10 customer service. When I asked, the person I spoke with laughed in my face for even suggesting it. I then asked if they at least did pre-purchase inspections, but instead of giving me a straightforward answer, they laughed again, mocked me, made a money gesture, and told me I’d have to go to a garage and pay. The interaction felt extremely rude and dismissive, such rude behavior in such a short amount of time.
