- CMCarrie mineSep 26, 20251.0My car went to them for body repair and they over shot the estimate and tried to basically not want to work on my car. They were rude when called and asking questions. EDGAR was the one I spoke to and he absolutely had no customer service. He would hang up after being belligerent on the phone. This person would not know customer service if it smacked him in the face. He was vile in every way possible. I would never work with this shop ever again. The sad part of this whole thing is he would have in the signature line stating " If you have any questions please reach out", which was not true because he would not answer any questions. I am happy to not do business with this shop or this person. A very grotesque of a person. He needs to get some training on how to speak to people.

Had my truck vandalized and John was amazing with getting my truck brought in, dealing with my insurance to make sure everything was repaired and done correctly! Even went through and addressed other things with the truck he didnt have to just to make sure my experience was top notch! Will always refer people to them again thanks for the great customer service!

We called and asked if ABX could take a look and they saw us right when we arrived. The part to fix would take a day to arrive so they zip tied it and tested it for us, and didn’t charge us for their help. I’m so grateful. We were down for a day trip from LA and their help allowed me to feel safe driving back.
