As a woman he did not talk down to me or roll his eyes when I asked questions, which if you’re a woman in an auto shop, you know what I’m talking about. I would definitely come back here again if I needed to have my car serviced.

I will say I can vouch for the quality of work at Dualtone , however , did not enjoy my recent visit for an alignment. Had an appointment for 1pm and made it on time . When dropped off they tell you 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours to complete. I killed 90 minutes and came back thinking my car must be done or close at least . I see it’s on the rack and no one has touched it . I had another appointment and didn’t have the time to wait any longer . I think if they are backed up they should let you know before the appointment or in the worst case while you’re there . I could have come back another day if necessary but instead they wasted my time . Frustrating for sure !
