  Today, I went to this AutoZone because I needed a headlight bulb for the front of my car. There were at least three employees there at the time. A female employee helped me find the bulb, and when I asked if someone could help install it because I am not good at that, she said yes. However, the manager, whose name tag appeared to say Eliberto A., rudely refused and said they do not help after dark. It was only around 8:00 p.m. As far as I can tell, AutoZone does not have any official public policy stating that employees cannot help customers after dark. I have also had other AutoZone locations, and even O’Reilly, help me after dark, so this seemed more like this manager simply did not want to help. I appreciated the female employee’s help, but the manager’s attitude made the overall experience disappointing

  Mario C. Was such a great help with all my vehicle needs. He explained everything to me in plain terms and was super sweet. 10/10 recommend this guy, he knows what he’s doing!

  Went in for a battery for my car. Didn’t mention that they wouldn’t put it in for me and the guy sent me out the door. I was in disbelief and asked to borrow some tools. Still no mention that he would be willing to help me. Gave me tools that were the wrong size and didn’t seem to care. I have always had great service at any auto zone I have been into. Won’t be coming back except to get my core charge back. If it is a service you are no longer providing you should tell the customer while completing the sale.

  Noah was an incredible help the other day. Brought in my truck to get a new battery. The connection to the battery was a bit Jerry rigged as I have a lift gate and needed a bit of extra attention. Noah made it happen.
